How much memory?

Hy I have an old Virge DX with only 2 megas video memory, and right now it is the only VGA that I can use. I have noticed that my computer (P3-1Giga-512RAM) doesnt work as smooth as before and worst of all, there are certain videos embedded in a web page that dont even play, so I need to ask, is it possible that this is caused by a virus or the cause for this is my old video card?

are you sure the sites u are going to dont use other video file types (since now you can get a whole range of video file types on websites) in which case all you would need would be the right video playing software.

That card simply doesn't support much of anything today. Lose the card.
