Could someone please tell me if 300 W PSU has enough power for:

ASUS P4P800SE motherboard
P4 3 GHz Prescott
2 sticks DDR SDRAM
IDE hard drive (7200 RPM)
floppy drive
DVD -RW
GeForce 7600GT (AGP, has external 12 V input)
PCI 56k modem

Agreed, you should be ok with that, but it doesn't leave much room for improvement, or upgrades. Your next upgrade would probably require a PSU upgrade as well.
