Hi guys, please help me with this problem I keep having, I'm nearly gonna throw my pc out the window. After getting my pc stable and all (memtest86+ passed, orthos passed for 1 hr before turning it off), I installed all the updates, including XP service pack 2. After I rebooted, I get the BSOD after the window screen loading thing. I did it again and it happened all over...I'm beginning to never want to build a pc again...

If you have any advice, please tell and thanks in advance.

If you know someone who has a copy of SP2 on CD, borrow it and install the SP2 CD immediately after installing windows xp. When you install your online network first in order to go online and download SP2 your network is conflicting with SP2 giving you a system shutdown. See if you can get SP2 on CD. MS used to send the SP2 CD free minus shipping. You may be able to download SP2 and burn a CD, look around.
