Hardware monitor found an error windows xp

I get this error,and windows xp will not start,only blue screen. When i go to bios @ power menu,it reads as follows.

mb temp 34c
cpu temp 40c
power temp n/a
cpu fan n/a
chassis fan n/a
power fan spd. 2721rpm
vcore voltage 1.50v
+3.3v " 3.29v to 3.31v
+5v " 5.1ov to 5.13v
+12v " 11.90v to 11.96v

how do i fix???
