I am trying to purchase a PSU that will work in my system preferably under 150...around there...and i've already had one that diddnt want to compromise with me. Please help me out here...the one i tried is the link below... thx again. Also...im trying to look for one with modular cabling and preferably only a 4pin CPU 12V not an 8pin that splits.

One already tried - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817148028

First run the PSU calculator to verify your load. Run it as is, and with the additional components that you might be adding i.e., additional graphics card etc.
Edit: Be careful to only set single processor even thought it is a dual core because it is only one socket.

I just ordered this PS it is as solid as a rock and on sale 25% off. It is a little longer, so be sure it will fit your case.

EPS is a power supply specification. That power supply is for ATX motherboards and, at that price, it is the only one to buy. PCpower and cooling specifically does not make power supplies with modular cables due to the potential for resistance in the connections. They also use heavier gauge wire. read their PS myths page. If you can't see the value, then good luck.
