Also If I set the timings to 5-5-5-15 in bios, why in cpu z says that are in 5-7-7-23

Another thing that im concerned about is the cpuvoltage that appears in cpu z too?

Please tell me what can I change.

Inf: my room temps are from 18c to 32c in avg, Because in live in Venezuela and the weather here is hot.
(18c with AC ON)
