i want to make sure that if the computer cant boot, it is because of the HDD. right?? read my story
i wrote a thing in cpu part in here but dont know if everyone read it
last week my nextdoor was about to throw away their old computer and i asked for it
i found out that it is win me and p3(650mhz) with 32mb ram
and when i turn on the pc, it checks itself that ram and cpu is good. and then next screen i see is blank with _ thing blinking on top left. so i tried to reinstall the windows but it says it cant install. i searched internet and found out that is because of HDD.

so my question is - am i right??
i know this question seems kiddish

Its not even worth trying to fix it. Last piece o chit I had that did that I blew the dirt out of it because it had like 5years worth in it and it worked fine.

Its not gonna be very good even if you do get it going.
