e6600 new mobo and ram, sound good for overclocking?

Hey, i finally have the money for my planned upgrade and the 22nd price drops have passed
(no difference in pricing in uk ), so here's my plan:

Buy this lot: E6600
Asus P5N-E SLI 650i Socket 775
2GB (1gbx2) DDR2 667MHz/PC2-5300

And then to set the fsb to 333, keeping the budget ram at stock speeds (1:1 ratio) while the cpu is overclocked to 3GHz (9x333).

Does this lot sound alright?

I don't know about that MB, but setting your fsb to 333 MHz is sound. That is what I did with my E4300 to get it to 3 GHz.
