OTA broadcast in St. Louis - anyone else having audio prob..

I've been watching OTA with a set top box (Samsung SIR-T351) and am
about 29 miles from the furthest broadcast location (KMOV) using a
rooftop All Channel RCA antenna. All stations come in great except for
2. When I do get a good signal, the sound only works sometimes. If
there is a program on that is in Dolby Surround, it will work until a
commercial or different show comes on. Also, on all channels, the
sound is "choppy", sort of like when an audio CD skips from being
dirty. I guess it could be a POS HD receiver, but it's wierd that
channel 2 does what it's doing. Any insight? Thanks,
