This will be my first build I want to make sure I am not making a mistake. Below is my current parts list and would like any advice you may have concerning a bad choice, incompatible parts, etc. I will be using this system primarily for gaming and at the moment I do not plan on overclocking but would not mind having that option available to me in the future. My budget is ~1600 USD before shipping so I am right at the edge.

Case:
Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

HDD:

Western Digital Raptor X WD1500AHFD 150GB 10,000 RPM 16MB Cache Serial ATA150 Hard Drive

Memory:
OCZ SLI-Ready 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

Processor:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz 2 x 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor

PSU:
Corsair 520W SLI Certified Modular ATX Power Supply - CMPSU-520HX

MB:
GIGABYTE GA-P35C-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard

Video Card:
EVGA 768-P2-N831-AR GeForce 8800GTX 768MB 384-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Video Card

DVD Drive:
LG Black 18X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 10X DVD+R DL 18X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache E-IDE/ATAPIDVD Burner

Monitor/Mouse/Etc:
Already own.

Finally will the Corsair 520W be enough? Or should I look into something higher (i.e. the 620W)? And the case comes with 3x 120mm fans. Will that be sufficient in keeping it all cool?

Thank you for your time.

note: I am not buying everything from Newegg as I am aware of lower prices elsewhere (i.e Buy.com) but for simplicities sake I linked all to Newegg.

Corsair 520HX will power an 8800 GTX just fine, however, just to keep potential future upgrades in mind, get 620HX instead, the price isn't much higher. Also, I'd go with something other than OCZ in terms of memory, just a personal preference. I'd get this Patriot kit instead:

And lastly, nvidia promises to release the 9 series (expected to be 2x as fast as 8800 Ultra) somewhere in November, and if that's true, it makes sense to buy an EVGA 8800 GTX in the middle of August, so you can take advantage of their 3-month step up program.

P.s - If you plan to overclock your CPU at all, I also suggest getting some alternative cooling, the $20 Freezer 7 Pro from buy.com would be enough to overclock to 3.0Ghz and keep it perfectly stalbe, well worth it in my opinion.
