My Config:-

MB- Biostar N68S+
CPU- AMD Phenom X4 9550 2.2Ghz
RAM- 4 GB
HDD- 500 GB WD
GPU- Nvidia GTS250
& 2 DVD drives

What should I buy from this 2:-

1. Corsair CMPSU-500CXV2UK 500 Watts PSU

2. Corsair CMPSU-430CXV2UK 430 Watts PSU

Is 430watts enough or I have to buy 500watts?

Price difference in my locality is 1k(INR).

+1 for CX430.
Nvidia specifies a 450W PSU for this card with at least one 75W 6-pin PCIe power connector. In this review at Guru3D, a system with a highly overclocked, power- hungry i7 965, the system used 353W at full load....about 29A. http://www.guru3d.com/article/ecs-geforce-gts-250-1024-mb-review-test/4 Your system won't draw that much power...it will likely be 50-100W less. The CX430 should be sufficient for your system. If you want more headroom to ease your mind, then you can get the CX500 but the CX430 is sufficient.
