I am trying to remove an address in 'blocked addresses' in 'Junk Mail'.
I remove it and click 'apply' and it goes away, but comes back again whenever I reboot.
Any ideas as to how I can permanently remove this from being blocked?

1.) try logging into your mail via web browser and unblock the address from the site.
2.) are you properly shutting down your unit, do you get any error messages.?
3.) do you have different profiles configured in mail program.?

Yes, and no error messages
