Malware Hijacked my System Restore

It won't let me click the final Next button and I am willing to do whatever I can manually to get it back.

Try running the system restore in safe mode.

If that doesn't work, download, install, and update malwarebytes. Do a full system scan, and remove all infections.

Try downloading, installing, and updating malwarebytes in safe mode with networking. Most malware is dormant in safe mode with networking. It's more likely that you'll be able to download, install, and run your scan without intrusion from the malware. To access safe mode with networking, press F8 on startup until you see the safe mode menu.
