Partition dissapeared

Ok this is what happened.
I reformatted a partition that i had in my labtop (HP Pavillion DV6000) using Partition Magic 8.0. But it wont show on the explorer or my computer. Wierd thing though is that it DOES show in command window, i can access it and see that it has folders inside and all, which is weird. I have Windows Vista Business. The missing partition DOES come on whenver i open partition Magic, and it shows its there. I made it a primary NTFS partition (I have 2 NTFS total partitions, this second is the one giving the trouble).

And btw, does anyone knows a nice program to index ur hard drive, so i can see which files are taking up most of my storage and all?

my samsung 80 gb pata showed up on the bios window but the 3 partitons never showed up after i booted into windows.
get some harddrive recovery tool like testdisk or stellar and recover ur data before its too late! i could recover 64 gb out of the total 74gb in my samsung.
