My idle temp is 67 celsius after Arcti 5 and new fan.

Any idea what I could do or didn't do?

How many fans have you got in your cabinet? sounds like bad air flow... please describe which way each one is blowing and where it's located.

1_As albenza said , it may be bad airflow

2_Not enough thermal grease

3_the heatsink isnt correctly placed

4_when on %100 full load , touch your heatsink , if it isnt hot , then u have a CPU that is reporting incorecct temp (i read that in an OCing guide)
