How do you stop a buzzing sound from your monitor?

god! this annoying buzzing sound is coming from monitor! i have no idea how this happened, but there's nothing wrong with anything on it. like no screen flickering or anything. when i turn off the screen the buzzing sound goes away but when i turn it back on that sounds comes back. ![:fou:]( ":fou:")
