I will make a new computer:
ASUS AM2 690G with HDMI motherboard
AMD X2 B2350 (I think this is the correct ID - a 45w, 2,1 GHz, low power processor)
(At least) 4 GB RAM
500GB HDD
1 DVD
2 (possible) USB devices
mATX case
I'll use the integrated GPU and (maybe) add later a 2400 or 2600 graphic board

Power adds to a maximum around 200w.

Will stay mainly in idle state (less than 80w).

I need hints about a power supply with good efficiency for this values (a power supply with 92% efficiency at 380W may have only 70% efficiency at 200W and 60% at 80w).
Must fit a microATX case...
Tnx in advance for your oppinions.

I don't think there are 92% efficiency PSUs at the moment. Currently the best are rated "80 Plus". Meaning they consistently remain at above 80% or more efficiency rate. This should be more important, since at your given 80w idle rate; an 80 Plus psu will still be at or above 80% efficiency.
SeaSonics PSUs are renowned for their efficiency and silence.
This 380w is 80 Plus certifed.

I have this running an older socket 939 4600x2 @ 2.6ghz, 1 250gb HDD, 1 DVD burner, and a 7600GT and every USB port on my mobo used.
I posted this pic on the SHOW OFF YOUR RIG thread. My Micro ATX case pretty much barely squeezes in all the cables with some creative "stashing". The SeaSonics are standard size ATX, so it depends if your micro atx case will fit a standard size PSU.

PSUs with modular cables are highly recommended for MicroATX cases. So you could look into that also.

I wa not aware of "80 Plus". Thanks - I'll definitely consider that.

My data was based on a test read in a romanian magazine: - see http://www.agora.ro/structura/Revi [...] 2-eval.jpg
According to them e.g. Akasa AK-P040FG7 has 98% efficiency at a 320W load and only 64% at 63W.

I too would recommend the Seasonic S12 SS 380.

64% Efficiency at idle is not really anything to be proud of. That means while your board is consuming 63 Watts, the PSU needs 100 Watts from the outlet to power your system. This is compared to only 75-80 watts to power a system consuming 64 watts. Most of the time, your system will remain close to idle. Unless you game 24/7 you will rarely ever be able to run your system at the constant load required to maintain that tested efficiency for the Akasa PSU.
