Recommendation for best microcase and board...

So I have a number of older components that together should make a solid new system that I want to donate to a special needs school near my house. The components I have so far are:

2 - Maxtor 7200 RPM 160 GB DiamondMax Plus 9 ATA drives
2 - Kingston Hyper-X DDR400 pc3200 non-ecc (2 GB kit)
1 - Intel Pentium4 2.8 Ghz Hyperthreaded 478 pin CPU

Can anyone recommend a micro-ATX motherboard and SFF case that would do IDE RAID, and support this CPU and memory?

IDE RAID? Most SFF cases should fit that pair of Maxtor drives.

I'd like to configure them as mirrored, for redundancy which is why I was looking for a motherboard that can do RAID.
