500+w PSU with minimum of 4 SATA and 1 x16PCI-E connections.

Hello all,
I'm looking to purchase a power supply for a decent price, lets say around $100, that has the following requirements:
4 SATA connections minimum.
1 x16 PCI-E connection.
and then obviously the general 20+4 or 24 main connection etc.
500w minimum.

In the efforts of saving money if I for some reason in the future need more than 4 SATA power connections, is there a way to convert a different connection into SATA?

I always hear people saying not to skimp on the PSU, so I figure I'll get it right the first time and ask those in the know.

@OP If you can swing the extra $50.00 it will be the best money you ever spent. It is a tier1 PS.

I have heard many good things about the BlueStorm in the past. I think I'll be going with that.
