Why not leave voltages on Auto when overclocking?

I am working on overclocking my 680i with a QX6700. I am trying out a multiplier of 14 and leaving the FSB at 1066. Is there any reason why it wouldn't be okay to set the voltages to auto for CPU core, CPU FSB, Memory, and SPP? I am about to try it but just want to make sure it's okay to do before I reboot.

Please share your knowledge in this area. Thanks.
