Power usage question

Is there a software that helps me to see what is the wattage that my power supply uses, you know, because I am planing to conect some divices and I do not want to blow up my PS. calculating all, and to see if what the power supply is saying is real.

If you have an APC UPS, its Personal Powerchute software will tell you what the total power draw on it is.
Otherwise, for an estimate of power draw within the PC, you can play with one of the PSU Wattage Calculators to see if you will exceed capacity. Here's one:
