Motherbord and TV

Well at the moment i don't know what to do. I want a Low Energy HTPC(720p)(32'' tv)/Torrent PC/surf. AMD 690G vs G33 vs G35 witch one should i pick. I'm also wondering if HDMI gives you the best quality. Also integrated graphics card vs a HDMI card like HD2600xt. How much more power does a card like HD2600xt with a motherboard card draw compared to a motherboard with integrated graphics.

HD2600XT and HDMI is your best bet. As for MB chipset, I don't think that's really going to matter too much for what you do on the TV. I would say you should be fine with a low wattage AMD X2 3800+
