Gigabyte P35 DS4

Well, the crappy JMicron on my P5N-E SLI is tired of working well and I need a new mobo asap.
45nm is is mind but not ddr3. Firewire must be there, so, DS3 is out of the equation.
I believe only the 1.x version of this board is ddr3 and the 1.0 and 2.0 are ddr2. I just need ddr2 though.

1st question - What would make me spend 35€ more for the P35 DQ6? (oc in mind but only to 3, 3.2ghz because of the AC Freezer)
2nd question - Does anyone know if the AC Freezer 7 Pro will fit if the board comes with that crazy cool or what is it called?

P35 DS4 is something between DS3 and DQ6 , if u want DDR2 , then get ASUS P5K , or P5K-E they are pretty good , DQ6 is good too but i will go with ASUS
