Sapphire 2900 XT and Vista 64bit driver

I purchased a Sapphire 2900XT 512. I have a Giga-byte P35T-DQ6 board with f2 bios and running Vista 64 on 6700 Intel with Cosair 1333 ram. When I load the driver all installs fine, upon reboot when Vista loads driver the machne reboots again to the Last Known Good screen.Anyhave any tricks for making the driver work. I have tried the Catalyst 7.7 driver. Thanks in advance

All I can think of is to uninstall CCC and then install it again, it may work it may not. Usually solves most problems though.

yes load vista 32 bit or ask for probelms - one after another!

It was the video card. Sapphire was unable to display BIOS level screens. Replaced card with 8600 GTS and 64bit driver with Vista works flawless.
