RAID Question

Sorry if someones asked this already.

I own a P5B Deluxe and I'm planning on buying 2 HDDs to put them in RAID 1. However I'm sure at some point in the future I'll get a new motherboard. Will I have any problems setting up 2 HDDs that have been mirroring each other on a previous motherboard?

I breezed through the RAID FAQ but I'm still new to RAID and just want to make sure I have my basis covered.

Well, it seems you already got your answer. But just in case, from my experience with RAID 1 if you take it off of the RAID controller it will still be read as a normal drive and function properly, and if you put it on the new controller, formatted the other drive then rebuilt the array you should be good.
