Free Blu Ray Decrypting Programs

I just got my blu ray burner a few days ago it works great I can watch Blu Rays with free software but I would Like to decrypt one and burn it. Do you know of any software that is free to decrypt Blu Rays.

I suppose I should have specified. I recorded a program at my church a few weeks ago and we want to make the program avaible on blu rays. So I am looking for a way to decrypt my master copy or the program.
