has anybody had a problem using crossloop, as i have tried to connect to my sister with this program but can't. she is able to connect to my pc though. crossloop uses tightvnc to allow remote assistance and save you from opening ports on your router. i have turned off all firewalls and anti virus on both machines but still no joy.i have also tried 2 different routers, one with the ports open 5500,5800 and 5900 but no luck. any help on this appreciated as it will ave me a 70 mile round trip every time my sister make a mess of her pc.
