From what I've seen these are my option:

Antec Sonata III (comes with Antec EarthWatts 500)
Antec P150 (comes with Antec NeoHE 430)
Gigatbyte Triton + Enermax Liberty 400
(About the Triton I don't know what is the diffrence beetween the normal one and the 180 version)
Gigatbyte Poseidon + Enermax Liberty 400

They are all about the same price, and I like the way they look. I know all of these PSU are enough for me my main concerns are cooling and quiet. Of course they should also have enough room for my system...

My system will be:
E6750
2GB RAM
1950Pro or 8800GTS 320mb
not too many hd/optical drives...

What would you choose? is there a better option at that price range?

I've just saw the the P150 is at the same price range only without the PSU so I'll probably won't get it unless it is a big difference...

I think the Antec Sonata III is the best of that group you mentioned

I have a couple of Sonata II. The PSU is good, they're very quiet, and very easy to work with.

I think you should go for a 500W at least, just in case.

That case has plenty of airflow and the psu is about as good as your going to get when you buy the case/psu combo in your price range.
