Flash/Transferring Problem.

Hey guys, got a question for you.

My buddy has a flash drive, and if I try to put a file on it, it
rejects it. No matter what file type it is, what size it is, it just
wont take anything.

It has enough memory, so I know thats not
the problem, so there is something on it that is blocking it from
having/creating it on the flash.

Thanks to any help you guys can give me.
