is it ok to leave a skt.478 3.0 OC'ed at 3.9

i have a skt.478 p4ht 3.0 1mb cache 800fsb chip overclocked to 3.9 and am wondering if it's ok to leave it there? i have a good thermaltake big typhoon on it and at idle it's around 30-35cel. and when gaming it at 40cel. and just love the overall performance.

now is this a good thing to do or should i back-off a bit? as i see my temps. are good (correct me if i'm wrong) should i be worried about it giving out on me in time?

my specs:
mobo-p4p800e deluxe
mem-OCZ plats. ddr400 at 2,2,2,5 (2gigs)
psu-thermaltake toughpower 600w
