I've read that the Thermalright HR-03 is a great cooler.

I'll second that - I've got one and it keeps my 8800GTX at a nice temp even with my fan on low.

I got that Zalman Fatal1ty on my 1950XT , it took off 20C and is very quite. I'd recommend that.

I put a Zalman vf700-Cu on my 7600GT. Run on high all the time, it is almost inaudible.

The HR-03 rocks the X19xx series.

Thermalright makes the best CPU/GPU/MB air coolers in the world bar none.

DFI makes the best overclocking MB's (hold world OC title for held in Taiwan the past 3 of 4 years and winner this year),Coolermaster makes the coolest running cases (best is the old CM Stacker TO-1 with exit fan grill removed) and PC Power and Cooling makes the best PSU's period.

CPU's and GFX cards change around often.
Currantly the "old" 90nm 939 socket AMD Optrons give best bang vrs price (mine all OC 50% on stock volts).
See my build via icon above post for a $69 server CPU.

Patriot and G.Skill RAM are the best buys for overclocking vrs price (and DDR1 still out preforms the fastest DDR2 in Read/Write/Copy even with both overclocked...sorry OCZ and Corsair but the $600-700 DDR2 you offer must be a joke).

EDIT: I also like the Silverstone FM-121 120mm fans @ 110qfpm which are made by Everflo for for $11 USD online with a free speed regulator.
