Wait a few weeks and get yourself an X38.

Or wait a few weeks and get the GA-P35-DS3P. It will drop in price by close to 30%, if not more.

Why the GA-P35-DS3P? Its an upgraded GA-P35-DS3R. You get better cooling, IEEE, better OC support and better ram support.

I used a GA-G33M-DS2R in my build last month. I used a SFF case, so it had to be a micro. This board has all the stuff the bigger ones have, plus Firewire. I'm not using the onboard video.

There is ALWAYS a drone. Exactly where, or how many drones you will encounter may vary, but that there will be at least one will not.

I'm perfectly happy with my P35C-DS3R, it overclocks very well and I haven't had any issues with it other than a PCI-E plug coming out of my 2900XT and freakin' out the board, simple reseat of the card fixed it but the board beeped telling me there was something wrong with the videocard. The NB heatsink gets warm but that's about it. Although the IDE connector is near the bottom of the board, so make sure you can route the cables or that they can reach at all.
