my mobo is a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P, which ram would you recommend?they do fit my board, right?or just the crucial?not sure...

i use patriot pc2-8500 (2x1gb) good timings 5-5-5-9 at 2.3v

Yes, the ram you've listed would work on your board but we need more info before suggesting which one to get.

One important factor in choosing ram is if your going to overclock your system.

no plans as of yet,quite scared to tell the truth...i might get Q6600 as the prices dropped here in the philippines and now i can actually afford it...yehey!!! and i thought the Q6600 is good enough w/o OC, so no plans so far...

now what RAM would you recommend?thanks a bunch

I would recommend the crucial Ballistix, some DDR2 800 CL 4 would do fine but I don't know whats the best for the price.
