I have to choose between these options for a CPUs for a spec'ed computer. Which option would you take and would be best for the rest of the hardware?

Option 1: 2 x Intel Xeon Dual-Core (Dempsey) 3.20GHz, 2x2M Cache, 1066MHz FSB 1U Passive/2U Active Combo
Option 2: 2 x Intel® 2.0Ghz Xeon™ Processor, 1333FSB, 4MB Cache, (Active) for the SC5299-E "Pilot Point III" & SR1500 "Dowling 2" & SR1550 "Petrof Bay"

option 2, assuming it is a xeon 5130 (woodcrest). It would be faster and use less power than the netburst dempsey cpu
