I have bought a Creative X-FI Fatality and now need to remove the Creative Audigy Platinum Ex from my machine. Is there anything special that I need to do other then
1. Uninstall all Creative software and then remove the card itself?

I am only asking owing to the sometimes issue over needing a Detonator cleaner for Nvidia graphics card drivers and not relying on the software's own or Windows (XP) uninstall process.

Cheers

No worries - it all worked.
Now I have the XFi there is a difference in the sound via my Medusa's and I don't know why people complain so much about the Creative bloatware - there is now an option just to install the core 4 components in a 'gaming' option.

Liking it so far :)
