Hi there,

I really need to replace my old pc and want to buy something new.

I would like to build a pc with good overclocking potential, and want to play the latest games.

Can anyone tell me if this is possible using the parts below:

(the mobo supports sli and has PCIe X16 in single mode and X16/X4 in Crossfire, would it still make a lot of difference if i bought a second 8800 GTX next year when the prices are a bit lower?)

1x GigaByte GA-P35-DQ6, P35 (ATX, Sound, LAN, SATA II, RAID, 1394)
1x Intel Core 2 Duo E6750
1x Club3D Geforce 8800 GTX 768MB DDR3 (PCI-e, 2x DVI) CGNX-X8868
1x Corsair QUAD2X4096-6400C5DHX

1x Tagan TG700-U25
2x Samsung SpinPoint T166, 500GB (7200rpm, SATA II, 16MB, NCQ)
1x Samsung Syncmaster 226BW (22", wide, 2ms (GtoG), D-Sub/DVI-D...
1x Scythe Infinity SCINF-1000 (Socket 478/775/754/939/940/AM2)

Thanks for your help!

P35 DQ6 is a very good Motherboard , but it supports crossfire not SLI , and also crossfire is limited to 16x4x , here is something that helps u : http://anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2837

the other looks good , but if u want both ddr2 and ddr3 ,u can get ASUS P5KC or GIGABYTE P35C DS3R
