non gaming build for a programmer

hi everyone, i'm in need of your assistance. I need a "programmers" box. I am using Visual Studio 2005 a lot, MySQL for dbases and do some photo editing. I have the OS, monitor, keyboard & mouse, hd and DVD dirve. I know i dont need the horsepower of a gaming build but i dont want to get something weak that will chug along. I dont know how to OC. Im kinda open on the budget, what would you recommend?

CPU:Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6600 2.4GHz
MB: GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R
RAM: DDR2-800 2GB (2x1GB) CL4 (I'd get 64-bit if possible and use 4GB RAM)
Video: If your not gaming much, something like a 7600GS/GT could be perfectly fine.
