I'm using Zalman 9500AT with MX-2 thermal paste, and I'm confused which one is my proc temp on Speedfan:

Core 0. You can set it up to show both core temps.

A way to find the right temp is run a few sensor apps separately & note the cpu temps that are nearly identical. Google "core temp" with quotes.
