I am upgrading my system and I am stuck with which memory to buy and could use some feedback. I plan on overclocking the Q6600 to 3.2Ghz (atleast 3.0Ghz). Below are the components I plan on getting soon. Please feel free to make suggestions.

CPU Q6600 FSB1066 G0 (SLACR)
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16819115017
$280
(planning on OCing to 3.2GHz)

Motherboard ASUS P5K DELUXE/WIFI-AP (P35 chipset)
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813131182
$222
Note: I Dont need SLI. Need FSB1066. Need a Good Overclocker. Dont need DDR3 support.

RAM OCZ Platinum 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Micron D7 chips
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227178
Note: kingston hyperx KHX7200D2K2 is advertised as CAS4 but is really CAS5
I Need 2 x 1GB (upgrade to 4GB later). OCing the Q6600 will need the RAM to OC till about 900MHz. So I want CAS4 DDR2 900Mhz (or 1066) but cant seem to find any. Sad
Also there is the OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Micron D7 Chip Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2N1066SR2GK - $184.99 (after rebate) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227181

Graphics card EVGA 640-P2-N821-AR GeForce 8800GTS 640MB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130071
$356
(let me know if you see any deals on this)

Case (need a nice roomy case with fans on the top and side. No door!!!. Black. <$100 )

Heatsink Thermalright Ultima 90
http://www.jab-tech.com/Thermalright-Ultima-90-pr-3852.html
$48
The Thermalright ultra 120 extreme is the best. However its very heavy and needs a backplate and I do not want to stress the motherboard. The ultima 90 is #2.

Heatsink Fan Scythe SFF21F. Fluid bearings, silent, 1600RPM, 63CFM ($13.5)
http://www.jab-tech.com/Scythe-S-Flex-Fan-SFF21F-pr-3257.html

I have a Enermax 460W PSU with 33A on the 12+.

I have a HDD WD5000AAKS 500GB, 16MB cache (already have. $130) and 2 SATA 160GB Seagate HDD's.

Please help me finalize my system.

both OCZ memorys u linked are actually the same , ddr2 1066, and the timings are the same too , 5-5-5-15 , and both will do very well in OC'ng

these RAMs can do alot of OC'ng and also they have better cooling and better timings :
