Lian Li dilemma - v1100 or b20? Urgent! :)

I've got a bit of a dilemma. I need to choose between
Lian Li v1100 PLUS II (black) [ http://www.pc-coolers.ro/fisiere/magazin/673_lianli_v1100bplus2_3.jpg ]
Lian Li b20 (black) [ http://www.shopbot.com.au/i/2006/11/186367227_small.jpg ]

They both look stunning, but I'd say v1100 has better looks.

Now I've got pros and cons for each:
V1100:
+ Best design
+ Silent
+ Latest revision with big fans
+ Good design inside
- Psu at bottom (may give more heat because heat rises?)
- non removeable mobo tray
- only small PSUs

B20:
+ good design
+ silent
+ removeable mobo tray
+ psu at top (the good old fashioned way)
- 80mm fan instead of 120mm in the back
- only small PSUs

Now I can get both these for the same price, and I HAVE to order it by tomorrow at 4pm.

The pc setup i'm going to have is:
Asus p5k Deluxe
8800gts
2gb ram
hiper 580w psu
intel e6750
and finally a thermalright 120 extreme

Any tips or hints?
