Task Manager is Missing

Hello,
I got the info on where Task Manager is located. It is just not there at all. How can I reinstall it?

You don't install/uninstall it. It's a feature of windows.

There's a couple ways to access it. You can right click on the taskbar at the bottom (usually) of your screen, and click the task manager link.
or
You can use ctrl+alt+delete, and click the task manager link.
