Blown Power Supplie twice why

hi

just need a little advice, my pc was working for over a year no problem, then it just went off tried switch it on nothing. so i put it down to the power supplie it was a model-450 230v, I put another power supplie in and work for about 5 hours then it did the same thing again. can anyone give me some advice on a path i should take to sort this problem.

Post yer specs.

Something similar happened to me and it turned out to be a shorted USB connection on my case.

dont know the full spec need to take it a part
the case is and XBlade, processor is p4 3.2, 160GB Sata Raid, not saw of the board till i open the rest on board.

Just Seems strange has i wasnt doing anything it just blows them

We still need more specs, such as manufacturer of your power supplies, your system specs, and what kind of usage your power supplies underwent before blowing.

Quit using cheap power supplies.
