Hi, I just reformated last night. I have XP Home Edition (SP2 + all updates). I can't figure out how to get many of the drivers for my motherboard (has a lot of onboard components) to work. I've downloaded a lot of drivers from the ASUS website but don't know how to install them. I downloaded ASUS Update but don't really know how to use it. I'm not sure if updating my BIOS will bring my sound back, etc. Any help is appreciated.

I realize this is a very open ended inquiry. Specifically I would like to get my sound back. Under device manager the "multimedia device" shows a yellow question mark.

I have no motherboard CD/diskette, etc.

The ASUS Update is only for updating the BIOS. You should only have to click on the drivers you downloaded, they should be .exe files, and they should install
