so im looking to upgrade my computer to a directX 10 machine for Crysis(11/17/07)
right now i am running a Intel CeleronD 3.2
Nvidia FX Quadro 1400

i am thinking about upgrading to a Q6600, with an EVGA 320-P2-N811-AR GeForce 8800GTS and Thermalright Ultra-120 and Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F for cooling also need to grab Microsoft Windows Vista 64-Bit Home Premium i want to try and OC the Q6600 to 3.6 Gigs. i have nevered OCed before so i have no idea what i am doing. is there anything i am missing? from what i read the Q6600 OCs better than the E6850 and therefore preforms better, is that true or do i want to look at a duel core because i will be doing little more than gaming? i don't know much about computers so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

i am also thinking about garbing a new case... mine is in kinda bad shape. im thinking about garbing the APEVIA X-CRUISER-BK Black Steel ATX. will the be fine with the kind of OCing im thinking, if not it seems to me that there is room for a 120mm fan up front, would that help?

well i was also torn between an Q6600 and an E6850...i took the E8650 because im a gamer..and by the time most games support 4 cores....Q6600 will be old...and as for a case...i was looking at the antec 182...some very nice cooling in it
