FireStix Timings Question

I don't know much about timings. But on my Buffalo FireStix it tells me to set it at 2.1V which I did and timings is 5-5-5. But do I set the first 3 options on bios under memory timing? Or what is 5-5-5 referring too? Thanks

Seeing as how they do not tell you on the site, I would try 5-5-5-11 2T and see how that works out.
