Palit 7300 GT Sonic AGP

This card with 1000 mhz memory speed , is it at 500 mhz(1000 effective) or 1000 mhz(2000 mhz effective)

And as for turbocache technology , card which supports this technology...is it compulsory to use this feature ? Does it mean that card with technology will automatically uses MEMORY from my RAM ? like 256 mb ddr3 palit will eat up 256 mb from my 1 gb ddr ram?

The 7300gt from palit doesn't have turbocache it just has 256mb of ddr3 memory rated at 500mhz or 1000 efective.
