  3. http://www.winaddons.com/
you can download the add-ons to be included in the xp cd you are making!!
it will have, some players, mini apps, codec packs etc.. mostly freeware (eg. vlc player).

    http://xable.net/
it has all the high priority updates that appear on windows update. you can read the instruction in the website.

    they are self explanatory.

These are optional only, if you don't want , just leave and continue with your own choice :)
  4. i dont get it..
i want nlite to image my OS+the programs already installed..
and my OS is already SP3 also..

theres not such thing? (i need to add installation files instead..?)

    please explain.
  5. nlite will help you make a fresh bootable installation disc, with the programs which you want to install. no need to look n load tons of cd/dvds for installing each software, after installaing OS.
It's kinda all-in-one installation disc you can make, using nlite.

I afraid that nlite cannot make a copy of win xp with all "my" progrms installed,( ie from current using system).

I hope there is no software, can do that job. but i am not sure about that.
    try searching in net.
  6. so it wont iniclude alredy installed softwares,
what about the service packs? - my OS install disk is already SP3,
then i dont need the last link you gave..?
  7. Clonezilla
  8. Good to know about such a software, it is new to me!
    Thanks, grumpy!
  9. well.. i'll try clonezilla first,
hope i wont destroy the data partition.
