How to remove virtual drives from my xp laptop

please help....ive got several virtural drives that keep showing up on my computer....how do i delete them

hp pavillion dv9000 entertainment notebook
came with vista....downgraded to xp
xp sp3

please help

If you are using any third party software to enable virtual drive, you can disable them through the same.
If you enabled virtual drive & uninstalled the third party software, then follow these steps

1.Goto start -- settings--control panel--Administrative tools--computer management-- disk management
2.Right click on offending virtual drive
3.Select properties
4.Under driver tab select uninstall the driver
5.Confirm uninstall

All gone
