I am looking for a motherboard that takes full advantages of the Crucial Ballistix Tracer 8500 ram. My proposed build is:

Intel QX6850
EVGA 8800GTX KO w/ACS3
Crucial Ballistix Tracer 8500 2gig
SoundBlaster X-FI
Two Western Digital Raptor HD 150gig/each

I would like to retain the option to add an additional x16 video card at a later day. I have been kicking around two different boards. The Asus Striker Extreme and the eVGA i680i T1 are both great boards. I have still been hearing a lot of horror stories on newegg about both boards though. Could anyone offer any insight on what would be best? First and foremost I want to be able to take full advantage of my ram in relation to my FSB and CPU.

i Think the QX6850 will be a waste those things arent cheap...

The striker extreme at cheap either... Id gowith eVGA or i hear the XFX ones arent bad.

The tracer ballistix is good **** and should goto the 1200mhzsupported by the eVGA and will be more than enough to keep up with the CPU at 1333FSB.
