USB Keyb not working when I Switch Users

Hello,
I'm running Win XP pro with all of the latest updates. I have a Saitek USB Keyboard attached directly to one of my mobo USB ports (Asrock 939dual-VSTA)
When I try to "Switch User" the keyboard often, but not always, will not work to login the new user. Any ideas how I might fix this?
